Every month Target Emission amounts are added to Active Mission Rewards.
When a player claims rewards the amount is transfered from contract to user's wallet.
When a player enters a competitive race, if player has enough unclaimed rewards it is automatically deducted from Active Mission Rewards balance of the player and lets player to play competitive racing. However, this does not transfer any SLIME from one to another(making the tx cheaper in gas), thus Competitive Pool is bootstrapped with an initial amount and will be added additioally with respect to Active Rewards.
Competitive Racing Fee's are also piles up in Competitive Racing Pool.
Mega Race Treasury contains accumulated fees and unclaimed rewards.
